SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Name: Enduring Facial and Body Wellness SMS Notifications
Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and service updates, and customer support communications to clients who have explicitly opted in via our website form. With separate optional consent, we may also send promotional offers and specials related to our aesthetic and wellness services.
By opting in, you may receive text messages from Enduring Facial and Body Wellness in two categories depending on the checkbox(es) you select: Customer Care/Transactional Messages (as needed), including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support communications; and Marketing Messages (optional, separate consent), including recurring promotional offers and specials, up to 4 messages per month.
Opt-In: Consent is collected via our website form, where users must enter their phone number and manually select unchecked checkbox(es) before submitting. Consent to receive marketing messages is optional and separate from consent to receive customer care messages.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
